Believe in Bolles - an Integral Part of ALL Your Car Care Needs!

The Bolles Family started out their journey in the automobile world in 1976 as a repair shop in their own backyard. Mrs. Bolles ran the office while the children, Tom and Darlene, helped out after school. Mr. Bolles always dreamed about going beyond the backyard and being successful in the mainstream. So he ventured out in the heart of Ellington, Route 83, to run a service station. Brian, his eldest son came to work and manage the Mobil Station. A few years went by, the station started to flourish, and an opportunity to start selling used vehicles came about.

Business was doing fine through the months, up until the winter seasons. So, Mr. Bolles decided it was time to expand to keep business running all year round, and an addition to the gas station was in order. After much thought, he decided a car dealership was the better way to go. Even though he had no experience in running a new car dealership, Mr. Bolles was willing to take the risk. With Brian Bolles already showing how successful he was running a gas station, Mr. Bolles had the confidence to move forward with his family in taking on the challenge.

In 1984, the dealership journey started in Ellington by purchasing the old Mickey's Motors building. In 1999, the second location opened in Union, CT, and then moved to a brand new facility in Stafford Springs during 2006. Two locations and thirty years later, the Bolles family and the cornerstone motto "Never ever give up" helped push everyone through the highs and lows to where the business is today.

From the first employees, like Ron Midford Sr., who is still employed with us today, to our present day staff, Bolles Motors and Bolles Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram are happy to be here serving the community. Bolles continues to move forward with the recent addition of Kar Kare Collision Center in Ellington, a full service body and repair shop.
